We process Discord user IDs and usernames to authenticate users; guild, channel, and voice-membership IDs to authorize a watch session; Discord subscription entitlements to verify paid server access; temporary OAuth access tokens during sign-in; application session tokens; video files a user chooses to upload; and standard operational logs such as timestamps, errors, and IP-derived connection data.
We use this information to authenticate users, verify voice-channel and subscription access, operate synchronized playback, secure the service, and troubleshoot errors. Video uploads and generated streaming files are deleted when the last human leaves the linked voice channel. Incomplete uploads expire after two hours. We do not use uploaded video files for advertising or training.
We share information with Discord as necessary to run the Activity, authenticate, and verify subscriptions. Our hosting, network, and payment providers may process data to operate their services. We do not sell personal information.
You may stop using the service, remove the app from a server, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required for security or legal obligations.
We use access controls, short-lived tokens, and encrypted HTTPS connections. No service is perfectly secure. Data may be processed in countries where Discord or our service providers operate.
Movie Night is not directed to children below the minimum age required to use Discord in their country. We may update this Policy by publishing a revised version.
