These Terms govern use of Movie Night, operated by jkingcollectables LLC. Contact: jkingenterprise413@gmail.com.
Movie Night is a Discord Activity that lets members of an eligible Discord server temporarily upload and watch video files together. A paid server subscription may be required. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and receipts for Discord purchases are handled through Discord under its applicable terms.
You may upload only content you own or are authorized to upload, stream, and share with every viewer. You must not use Movie Night to infringe copyright, distribute unlawful content, or violate Discord’s terms or policies. We may suspend or remove access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or rights holders.
Uploaded files are processed solely to provide the current watch session and are deleted when the last human leaves the linked voice channel. Incomplete uploads expire automatically. Do not use the service as storage or backup.
You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or payment requirements, upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities, or use the service unlawfully.
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, jkingcollectables LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
